Please arrive at our adventure store by 9.30am for our 10am departure.
We’ll meet at 9.30 AM at CYR Adventures store located in the heart of Muscat, in Al Khuwair Square. Enjoy some tea while you meet and greet the rest of the team. If you are missing any adventure items, you may also pick up any adventure essentials before your adventure commences. By 10.00 AM, we will depart from the meeting point and drive to Nizwa for a tour of the infamous Souq and the historical Fort. After exploring Nizwa city, enjoy a local lunch and a tour of the Harat Al Siybani ruins in Birkat Al Mouz. Drive up to Jebel Akhdar.
At 4pm, we check in at the JA Hotel in Jebel Akhdar and refresh before continuing our tour of this majestic mountain. We will arrive at Suwgara Village at 5pm for a tour of this unique and beautiful village built into the mountainside. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and watch the sunset from the terraces overlooking the canyon and mountains.
We arrive back at JA Hotel at 6.30pm and dinner will be scheduled for 7.30pm at the hotel.
After breakfast we will check out from the hotel at 8am and head to our exciting adventure in Jebel Akhdar. This morning we will follow the Three Village Hiking trail which takes us through the old villages in Jebel Akhdar, along the falaj sides and through the farms and terraces that become alive in spring. Reach the base of the Via Ferrata and gear up for your upcoming adrenaline filled experience that ends with a zip-lining experience! The tour guides will brief you on the safety of the adventure and how to use the equipment. Ready? Let’s Go! By 1pm we will complete our adventures and enjoy a well deserved local lunch meal. Afterwards, drive back to Muscat and check into the hotel by 4pm. Enjoy your evening and explore the city or relax at your leisure.
Rise and Shine! The guides will collect upon check-out from the hotel after breakfast at 7.00am and head directly to the Wave Marina to catch your boat ride for your upcoming tour of the Dimaniyat Islands Nature Reserve. This experience will allow you to explore the beauty of Oman’s rich ocean life and to get up close with an exciting snorkeling experience to swim with the turtles. This trip begins at 8 and finishes at 1.30pm.
