Safety is our top priority. We have experienced camp leaders and trained guides accompanying the children at all times. First aid kits are always on hand, and all activities are conducted with safety protocols in place. We also maintain a strict supervision ratio to ensure every child receives adequate attention and care.
A detailed packing list is provided in the details on this page. One week before the Summer Camp, a video call will take place with the parents and team leaders to answer any questions.
We provide nutritious meals that cater to children’s tastes and dietary needs. Meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Please inform us of any specific dietary restrictions or allergies in advance, and we will accommodate accordingly.
Children will be staying in personal tents, which they will help set up under supervision. This is part of the camp experience, promoting teamwork and independence. Boys and girls will have separate sleeping areas, and male and female camp leaders will be nearby to ensure safety and comfort throughout the night.
No prior camping experience is necessary. Our camp is designed to introduce children to the joys of camping and outdoor adventure in a supportive and educational environment. Our camp leaders will guide them through every activity, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident.
In case of emergencies, we have a clear protocol in place. Our staff is trained in first aid and emergency response. The campsite is equipped with communication devices to contact local authorities and medical services if needed. Parents will be notified immediately if any serious situation arises.

Homesickness is common, especially for first-time campers. Our team leaders will support your children through these feelings, keeping them engaged in activities and helping them connect with peers. We encourage open communication and provide a nurturing environment to ease any discomfort. If your child has a comfort toy, please inform us and pack along with the rest of the items.
While we encourage limited contact to help children immerse fully in the experience, we understand the need for communication. Parents can reach out to the camp leaders for updates, and we will have scheduled times for children to make brief calls home if needed.
Children are supervised at all times by our team of experienced camp leaders and guides. We maintain a high staff-to-child ratio to ensure each child receives individual attention and support throughout the camp.
Boys and girls are accommodated separately to ensure privacy and comfort. Sleeping areas, changing rooms, and bathroom facilities are all segregated. Additionally, male guides will supervise the boys, and female guides will supervise the girls, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all campers.
We take ALL dietary requirements, allergies, and medications very seriously. Please provide detailed information about your child’s dietary needs or any allergies when registering. Our camp kitchen can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Additionally, parents must provide any necessary medications along with instructions.
