Explore the underground world of Oman in this challenging adventure. Descend into the depths of the caves that lead you to the seventh hole chamber. After some exploration and snacks, it is time to make your way out of the cave by ascending the same ropes you used to abseil into the chamber.
Al Amerat
Please arrive by 5.30am for a 6am departure
The group gathers at Al Amerat (Al Maha Petrol Station). Grab a breakfast to go for the road ahead to reach Salma Plateau.
Upon reaching our destination, you will be guided on preparing your equipment and preparing for the descend into the cave. After a safety briefing, we begin the hike to the entrance of the cave. This day will be full of challenges!
After the adventure, we return to the cars and head back down and drive back to Muscat. Stop over for a well deserved meal before returning to the meeting point.
