The best of caving in Oman! Hike 4 km to reach the opening of Tri Cave. The caving experience will be both exciting and challenging. In the darkness, you will find yourself climbing on rocks and using ladders that reach the height of 12 meters and a 10 meter rope climb. Abseil from 22 meters to make your way back out of the darkness and hike back along the same path.

Please arrive by 5.30am for a 6am departure
Gather at the meeting point in Al Amerat at 5.30am and grab a coffee and quick breakfast before we leave at 6.00am.
Upon reaching the parking, the team will assist you in preparing for the caving adventure and give you a safety briefing. Hike 4 km along the scenic path overlooking the surrounding mountaineous landscape to reach the opening of Tri Cave. The caving experience will be both exciting and challenging. In the darkness, you will find yourself navigating around boulders, climbing ladders and exploring hidden crystal rooms. Abseil from 22 meters to make your way back out of the darkness and hike back along the same path.
After the adventure, enjoy a freshly prepared BBQ dinner. After dinner, return to Muscat.
