Burj Al Sahwa
Please arrive by 5.30 AM for 6 AM departure
Start gathering at the meeting point in Burj Al Sahwa at 5.30 AM. Grab a quick breakfast and coffee before departing at 6.00 AM.
Upon reaching the hiking start point, the team will assist in getting your gear ready and brief you for the adventure ahead. Hike along the Balcony Walk which overlooks the incredible Grand Canyon of Jebel Shams and leads to the abandoned village of Sab Bani Khamis. We climb to the hidden pool for an abseiling experience before continuing the adventure to the start point of the Via Ferrata. Here, the climb begins with an 80m vertical ascent followed by a traverse and finally a less challenging ascent.
After the adventure, the team will head to one of the local resturants for a well-deserved meal. Drive back to Muscat and drop off to the meeting point in Burj Al Sahwa.
